Online Classes with Other Teachers
Some of these teachers are my mentors, others are peers. They have trained with my teacher and teach their style of Therapy Yoga. Each class is an hour in duration. May you find them woow. When you speak to arrange your class access, please let them know how adept you feel yourself to be with Therapy Yoga. They should ask, please let them know if it slips their mind.
