The classes on this page were recorded in 2016, and some in 2015 even. Some of you already have these classes on USB. I’m sorry to say that there is no new material here for you. Please consider joining the online classes of my mentor and peer teachers here for some freshness .. ?

As with all classes, please do what feels right and ok for you. Especially when it comes to the faster repetitions – do some more slowly at your pace if the pace I set is too fast for you right now, or just have a little rest 🙂 And if you feel uncomfortable with any movement just wait until we can be ‘in person’ again for me to assist you with it 🙂

A. Beginner Class 2016 – 58 mins

So this was my version of a beginner class in 2016. Perhaps this also wants to be called Beginner Challenge Class 😉 I have a feeling that I forgot I was wanting to record a true beginner class towards the end there.. and there will still be huge benefit in having a go hey, of course there is, you’d expect me to say that so I did 😉

B. Little Meditation then Regular Class 2016 – 68 mins

The first 7 minutes of this class is a little meditation practice. My apologies that it is a little difficult to hear me during this phase. Just do the best you can. The sound quality improves as we move into the exercises. You can always just use the first 7 mins of this class as often as you like too, if you want to have a little go at some regular meditation.

C. Regular Early Morning Class 2016 – 45 mins

This is a quick dynamic basic movement class – good for getting going in the morning before your day really starts. Plenty of opening up the front of the body, and strengthening the sacrum: the seat of the spine.

D. Intermediate Class 2016 – 60 mins

A stronger class (I think haha) than the classes here so far. After a little upper body warm-up – yes including some pushups 😉 , this class opens the front, opens and strengthens the back and builds core pressure – yes some situps. Probably good at any time of the day 🙂

E. Stronger Intermediate Class 2016 – 60 mins

A stronger class including mini-salutes (great for the heart), updog-downdog (great for the large bowel) and plenty of twists (great for liver and gall bladder cleansing, and general spine health).

F. Stronger Intermediate Class 2016 – 55 mins

Another stronger class including pushups (for the heart and lungs), situps (for the small intestine), a holding twist pose known as Lord of the Fishes (for liver health), and an upper body opening posture known as Baby Fish (for the heart again, and upper back health).
